It is not always easy to give ourselves the things we need, or it can feel “selfish” to engage in self-care, but the reality is we are not able to be our best selves if we are always giving and never replenishing. I am dedicated to improving the lives of my clients through compassion, understanding, and empowerment, as well as providing resources catered to the needs of each client. I am devoted to the concepts that each individual has inherent worth, and deserves the space to explore and grow without fear. Using a strengths perspective, I seek to enhance the functioning and well-being of individuals, couples, and families; in addition to building stronger interpersonal connections and sense of belonging.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who trained at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have over 9 years of clinical experience working with young adults and adults. I have addressed a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety/stress, adjustment concerns, depression, sleep issues, and relationship struggles. I tailor my treatment approach depending on your specific needs as no two people have the same life experiences or stories.

Often times taking that first step of reaching out for help is the hardest. I strive to make this simple by responding promptly, answering any questions you may have, and scheduling a session within one week. I pride myself on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to feel confident in your decision. I look forward to working together!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can be yourself without the pressure to mask or perform. My focus is to help you find peace with where you are right now while providing the space to gain clarity on what you need to thrive.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have extensive experience supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and life adjustments. I provide a calm and grounded space to help you identify the internal tools you already possess, supporting your capacity for meaningful change and personal transformation.

I often see the exhaustion that comes from performing for others or managing the overwhelming noise of daily life. I work with those who are struggling with a harsh inner critic, a complicated relationship with food, or the fatigue of navigating a world not built for their needs. I provide a space to untangle these stressors and reclaim your identity.

I know that reaching out can feel like the most difficult step. If you are tired of carrying everything on your own, I am here to provide a space where you can finally exhale.
