Out-of-Network
If out-of-network insurance is used, full payment is due at time of service. We can provide a monthly statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Out of Pocket
We believe that finances should not be a barrier to receiving services. If you are unable to utilize insurance or are unable to afford costs with insurance please talk with us.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your session. Requests to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will result in a late cancellation charge that is not billable to insurance.
